Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.
